Sports Action/Adventure: 2008 Island Lake Photo Shoot Out

The first annual Island Lake Lodge Photo Shoot Out was held from the 24th to the 26th of March 2008.  

I was selected to be one of the premier photographers to take part in the three day catskiing competition throughout Island Lake's world renowned terrain.  

I selected three athletes, Derek Root, Mike Wilson, and Dan Marriot, to ply their trade in the untracked powder of the majestic Lizard Range, in the BC Rockies.  

Dan Marriot sustained an injury on the second day and was replaced by Alex Daignault for the final day.
